Via de reacties op dit bericht kwam ik bij deze lijst met (blijkbaar) 20 toplocaties in Second Life. Helaas heeft de schrijver van dat bericht niet even de moeite genomen er SLURs van de maken. Dus dat heb ik gisteren maar even gedaan.

N.B. Het is (nog) niet mijn top 20, ik heb namelijk tot nu toe alleen de eerste locatie bezocht, de andere zal ik de komende tijd nog wel bezoeken. Aanvullingen op deze lijst zijn natuurlijk welkom. Bij voorkeur in SLURL-formaat.
Overigens: Hoewel ik heb aangegeven dat bijna alles in Second Life geld kost maak ik tot nu toe nog steeds gebruik van de L$ 250 die ik bij het begin kreeg en zijn er nog 0 harde dollars die kant op gestroomd. Je kunt dus best heel wat doen zonder dat het geld kost.

Blijkbaar is hun policy dan veranderd want toen ik me in inschreef (mei ’06, toen MOEST je nog een Credit Card hebben) hebben ze mij dit cadeautje niet gegeven.
Ik denk het. Volgens mij hadden ze eerst zelfs geen gratis accounts.
Overigens, L$250 = USD1,22 oftewel 1 Euro!
Niet echt iets om lang wakker van te liggen (doe jij ook niet, weet ik), maar wel handig als je wat met wat zakgeld wilt rondlopen.
